It is important to support all children and youth with self-regulation and this workshop will help participants to:
- Develop a better understanding of self-regulation, using models from experts in the field.
- Learn what many schools are doing to support self-regulation for students in the classroom
- Explore strategies that can be used to support their child/youth at home and in the community.
