Elevate the Social Experience for Teens with Diverse Abilities!
Discover the dynamic realm of our Helping Adolescents Network and Grow (HANG) style groups – where fun meets social growth!
In these vibrant sessions, teen peers with Diverse Abilities connect in a lively atmosphere, engaging in structured greeting activities, group planning, and in-the-moment coaching to enhance social skills dynamics.
Themed around ages and interests, our groups provide the perfect setting for making friends while practicing social skills. Each participant works towards individualized goals in a lively environment that keeps conversations light and easy.
Our Social Skills groups are a celebration of individuality, fostering an environment for participants to navigate their unique journey of social growth. Together, we craft lasting connections and weave a vibrant tapestry of shared experiences, enriching the lives of each participant.
