Navigating the world as an Autistic or Diverse Abilities youth can sometimes be challenging, especially when it comes to making friends, feeling accepted, and expressing yourself without fear of judgment. We believe that everyone has the right to experience a safe and inclusive social space.
That’s why we’re excited to introduce HANG Online Minecraft! ๐ Not only is it a secure playground, but it’s accessible from anywhere in the world.
Our dedicated group facilitator is trained to support and nurture our youth as they develop social skills, form meaningful friendships, and explore the art of collaborationโall while unleashing their imaginations in a welcoming peer environment.
Joining is easy! All you need is a Windows 10 (Bedrock) version of Minecraft, internet access, and a microphone. We’ll provide the setup and training you need, and it works on any PC, MAC, iPhone, or iPad.
๐๏ธ The group will run TWICE a week for 4 weeks, every Monday and Thursday:
๐ Starting on May 27 and running through June 20, 2024
