This 12-week online course will explore the latest scientific insights and proven brain-body-sensory strategies to foster connection, regulation, and safety in children with sensitized stress response systems, including neurodivergent children. We’ll explore behaviour as to what’s truly happening inside the child, understand the importance of connection and co-regulation to calm and regulate the nervous system, and so much more!

I’m Adrianne, a local Neurodiversity RN, Coach, Consultant, and a neurodivergent mother raising neurodivergent children. With a unique perspective shaped by my experiences, I’m dedicated to understanding and supporting neurodivergent children and their families through the lens of relational neuroscience and interpersonal neurobiology – meaning the nervous system, relationships and what it means to be human.

I am inspired to teach this course as it has transformed my parenting and professional practice. I love guiding others on this paradigm-shifting journey, focusing on relationships, connection, and safety instead of behaviourism.

The online course includes weekly group calls, insightful monthly coaching and mastermind sessions, a private online community, and practical tools to bring these concepts to life. I’m excited about the positive shifts and impacts this course can get for parents and professionals alike.

Starts: Wednesday, May 15th and runs for 12 weeks

Weekly Group Time: 9:30 am-11:30 am PST
