The Government of Ontario’s Ontario Autism Program supports the families and caregivers of diagnosed autistic children up to the age of 18. The program includes services in the areas of foundational family services such as peer mentoring and caregiver coaching; caregiver-mediated early years programs based around children’s individual needs; core clinical services including therapies and mental health services; an entry to school program for children starting Kindergarten or Grade 1; and urgent response services.
