Inclusion Support Program

The Government of New Brunswick’s Inclusion Support Program aims to create inclusive environments for children aged 12 and under by funding wages for Inclusion Support Workers in licensed early learning and childcare facilities. Inclusion Support Workers can offer either individualized support for children with complex or intense needs or shared support for groups of 2-4 children with additional individual or collective needs, with the goal of supporting children to fully participate in the facility’s activities.
