Yoga In The Park

These one-hour, outdoor yoga sessions, led by an Occupational Therapist, will guide children through the art of yoga and mindfulness/meditation practices. These small group sessions will utilize body-based practices to support the nervous system, manage stress, and regulate mood for children and teens. In addition, these sessions will focus on stretching, core and upper body strength, as well as balance and mindfulness techniques. (Maximum 4- 6 kids per group; children will be spaced out 2 metres apart to maintain social distancing.)
