United for Literacy

Literacy programs

United for Literacy partners with organizations across Canada to deliver literacy and numeracy support programs in both French and English to people of all ages. These include supported after-school clubs; workplace literacy programs; learning support for developmentally disabled adults; kids’ summer literacy camps; tutoring and conversation groups for newcomers to Canada; and online reading support, among many others. Beyond language literacy, programs also cover areas such as computer literacy, financial literacy, and math and science literacy.
