Community Options for Children and Family
Sibshops & Sibteens
Sibshops are workshops designed specifically for children aged 6-12, who have a brother or sister with special needs. These workshops provide children with an opportunity to express and explore their feelings with a group of peers who have had a similar experience.
Sibteens provide support for teens (ages 13-16 years) that have a brother or sister with a disability. Informal groups meet once a month in the evening from October to May each year.
