Adams Lake Indian Band

The Sexqeltqin Health & Wellness Centre serves members of the Adams Lake Indian Band, providing health, wellness, and community services to people of all ages. Services helpful to people with developmental disabilities and their caregivers include the Brighter Futures program, Aboriginal Headstart on Reserve and other early years programming, youth groups, mental wellness programs, home care, and social development. The Band also provides Health Expense Support Funds for some types of care not covered by other funding and patient travel funds through First Nations Health Authority.
