Music With Melody
Music Therapy
Music With Melody provides music therapy to teens or children with special needs or are at-risk. The goal for music therapy with special needs children includes work with language and communication, attention span and focus, social skills, anxiety and self regulation, as well as academic skills. All goals are based on the use of music not learning musical skill.
If a client is ready and interested in learning the basics of musical skill, adapted music lessons are also an option.
1:1 sessions at the STEPS BC clinic located near the PNE are available as well as summer camp groups
