The KCR Diverse Abilities program supports individuals who self-identify as having diverse abilities and face two or more barriers to employment. It offers personalized one-on-one assistance with Employment Specialists, providing employment counseling, training opportunities, and workshops focused on developing essential skills for meaningful employment. To be eligible, participants must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents, reside in Kelowna, and be either unemployed or precariously employed. This service helps individuals overcome challenges in the workforce and gain the skills needed to secure stable employment.
