This information sheet provides information about Community Living’s (CLBC) eligibility policy. It answers questions about who is eligible for CLBC, how CLBC confirms eligibility, and the required documents for eligibility for developmental disability supports and personalized supports initiative (PSI). After a decision is made, applicants will receive a letter from a CLBC facilitator.

Community Living BC (CLBC) is a provincial crown agency that funds services and supports through service agencies for adults living with developmental disabilities and their families in the province. Eligible adults and their families can either buy directly or access these supports and services through service providers or agencies. CLBC funded supports include: family supports, assistance with looking for housing options, connections with community services and community inclusion supports (i.e., employment, social and life skills).
