Families receive the following services from the Behaviour Analyst:
*Behaviour assessment for all goals identified by the family (this includes, functional analysis; observations; interviews with team members and objective data collection)
*Development of a comprehensive behaviour support plan
*Individualized programs to address problem behaviours; build skills and increase independence
*On-going training and support for the family and other team members on how to implement the programs in their child’s natural environment and daily routines
*Training on how to maintain program fidelity and collect data to determine goal achievement
*Assistance with referrals to resources in the community when necessary
*Liaison between home and school to ensure consistency between settings

Behaviour consultation services are provided Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:30-5:30. Appointments outside these times will need to be negotiated with the Analyst.
Services are provided in the communities or Surrey, Delta, Langley and White Rock primarily.

Additional Details

Mandate: To provide sound, evidence-based programs and interventions for children with autism, using the science of Applied Behaviour Analysis.
