The Caregiver's Role in Providing Sexuality Education Toolkit

Sexuality Education Resources for Caregivers Project

This online toolkit, developed by Autism Nova Scotia for AIDE Canada, outlines the caregivers’ role in providing sexuality education to their child or family member. It explores what role a caregiver should take, what topics caregivers should cover when providing sexuality education information, and what a caregiver’s goal should be when providing comprehensive sexuality education for their family members.

The Autism and/or Intellectual Disability Knowledge Exchange (AIDE) Network is an online platform which shares information resources and resource collections on autism and other neurodiversities.
