This website describes, in French, the Ready, Willing & Able (RWA) initiative, a program designed to provide employment opportunities for individuals with autism or intellectual disabilities.

RWA provides employers with information and training about the value of hiring people with disabilities. RWA also facilitates connections with local employment agencies and maintains a database with profiles from job seekers with autism.
