Autism Training Program for First Responders

A Bilingual Resource

This training program was developed in order to assist first responders across Canada to train their teams about autism. This program includes basic information as well as strategies when intervening with an autistic person in an emergency situation.

This training program is part of the Autism-Inclusive Cities Project in Quebec, Canada. This innovative project looks to raise awareness and create opportunities in many aspects of city life that can be difficult for individuals on the spectrum.
