GoodLife Kids Foundation supports children and youth with autism and/or intellectual disability to engage in physical activity and fitness. They offer the MOVE group exercise program for children and youth aged 12-21.
MOVE is led by certified fitness professionals trained to work with intellectually disabled and autistic youth, and groups are run in-person at fitness centres, in schools, or virtually, allowing youth to join from anywhere in Canada. MOVE is free to participate in and can be adapted to meet the needs of each participant.
