Join POPARD for a free online session for parents and teachers supporting learning at home.

Following the B.C. Public Health Officer’s recommendations during the COVID-19 Pandemic, schools across the province have closed the classrooms and shifted to remote learning. This may look different across schools and districts, depending on the various needs and available resources. Using the principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) as a framework, this workshop will examine some of the advantages and challenges of remote learning, and will provide strategies and resources for educators to use in supporting students with ASD and diverse learning needs via remote learning.
