Did you know that by doing special breathing and relaxation exercises, you can raise your energy level?  Join Danielle Dufour of LifeForce Experiential Activities as she shows you how to do this. She will help you to understand how to relax and increase your energy flow.  By attending this free workshop, you will raise your energy levels which in turn can help reduce your anxiety.

If you are 19 and older with Autism (ASD) or a diversability (disability) and would like to attend to learn some great techniques, then this is the workshop for you!

This is one of our special guest speaker workshop, the Okanagan Self-Advocate Group in Kelowna is opening up to self-advocates across the province of B.C.  We are offering 8 great FREE ZOOM workshops for you to attend.  All you need to to is register and you will receive the ZOOM link for each workshop every month.
