Promoting safe active recreation for families living with autism
Presented by the Department of Pediatrics (UBC), and Dr. Lise Olsen (School of Nursing, FHSD, UBC Okanagan) with the support of BC Children’s Hospital Foundation.
This FREE event will include short presentations on topics of physical activity, sedentary behavior/screen time, promoting safe and active recreation for children living with ASD, and how families can be better supported in helping their children be active. Light refreshments will be provided.
