Social Emotional Engagement Knowledge and Skills (SEE-KS) – A Universal Design model for Classroom Intervention with Jen Townsend is grounded in research on the neuroscience of social competence. The SEE-KS framework, developed by Emily Rubin and Jennifer Townsend, helps us understand neuropsychological differences and design and implement instructional strategies. Guided by universal design for learning, Jen will describe a teacher-friendly approach to support the social-emotional and communication development of all students in the classroom. Participants will leave the session with an action plan to implement in their own setting.
