The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health have been researching how to support parents/siblings of autistic adults. As part of this research, we are holding a free web-based mindfulness group for parents/siblings to learn ways to cope with stress.

Mindfulness groups will be held for 6 weeks on Fridays:

Dates: January 22, 29, February 5, 12, 19, 26
Times: 10:00am to 11:30am (EST)

You will be able to participate in the group virtually using your home computer and/or a telephone line that connects you with the group facilitators and other families.

If you are a parent/sibling of an autistic individual and this is something you might be interested in learning more about, please contact mindfulness.research@camh.ca

For information about programs and services at CAMH, please visit www.camh.ca or call 416-535-8501 (or 1-800-463-6273).
