SESSION INFO:  Join us to hear from our panel of parents who have travelled for fun with their child/children who have health complexities. The panel will be joined by Michaela Bray from Make a Wish Foundation. This session will be facilitated by Tessa Diacuz from BC Children’s Hospital at the Child & Youth Primary Care Clinic.
