Join us on April 21st for Fostering Resilience in Turbulent Times with Kim Barthel. Resilience is the ability to cope with adversity through adaptability and flexibility. In times of stress and uncertainty, such as COVID-19, it is often difficult to find the inner resources to sustain our hearts, minds, bodies and spirits. With hope, connection, and practical mental health strategies, we can find an inner strength and a sense of compassion for ourselves and those we support.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the basics of the science of stress
- Explore a range of strategies for resilience in ourselves and others
Kim Barthel is an award-winning occupational therapist, trans-disciplinary teacher and best-selling author who is actively supporting function and healing in many cultures.
