Warehouse Training Program

Summary

A fourteen week program aimed at people with barriers to employment who wish to explore employment opportunities in the warehouse/distribution centre.
The course covers topics relevant to warehouse work, and the students have the opportunity to obtain certificates in WHMIS, Transportation of Dangerous Goods, Occupational First Aid Level One, and Forklift Operation. Essential workplace skills such as resume writing, interview skills, conflict resolution and anger management amongst others are also addressed.
Tuition is usually covered for those on low income, disability or income assistance. See our website for details and contact information
