Summary

This online article provides a brief summary of a research study that examined the benefits of a group Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) program for individuals with Asperger's syndrome (AS) who were experiencing depression and/or anxiety. Some decreases in depression and anxiety symptoms were noted.
