I acknowledge that ACT reserves the right to remove a profile from the website at its sole discretion, at any time and without notice. ACT does not represent that the information posted in the profiles is true and accurate it encourages parents to independently verify information. I also hereby indemnify and hold ACT harmless from any claims, complaints, actions, damages, losses and costs that may arise from (a) my failure or omission to obtain or supply any consents necessary to permit the placement of any of the information I supply on the website, or (b) any decision ACT may make to remove any information I supply from its website.
