  • a brief review of BC’s redesigned curriculum as it relates to the CB- IEP
  • discussion on the evolution of IEP frameworks used across BC districts and why the competency-based framework is now utilized
  • roles and responsibilities of the school team, parents/caregivers, and students in CB-IEP development
  • resources and tips to support parent engagement in IEP planning
  • a walk-through example of constructing a CB-IEP
