Many parents/caregivers would like to learn more about what the research says about the experiences and outcomes for siblings of a child/youth with a disability, as well as the support that may be offered to them. This session will provide:
- Key findings from literature to help inform understanding of the sibling experience
- Parental considerations for supporting and fostering a positive sibling relationship
- Resources for siblings of autistic children/youth to help promote their mental health and wellbeing
