More than just food, our special brand of secret ingredients makes learning culinary skills a fun food adventure!
As participants build confidence and independence, in a group setting it also aids communication and social skills. With the added exposure, even the pickiest eaters learn to be more open to trying new foods that add to their health and wellbeing. A lifelong skill they will love sharing with the whole family!
