Social-emotional learning is essential for children and youth, because there are a range of skills such as knowing how to solve problems, manage emotions and forge relationships that need to be developed with support.This workshop will:
- Help families develop a better understanding of social-emotional learning using an evidence-based framework
- Learn how to foster their child/youth’s social-emotional development in areas of self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, responsible decision-making, and relationship skills.
