Social Skill Camp Level 1
This is a 7-week virtual OT camp that focuses on:
- Conversation Skills
- Listening Skills
- Playing Fair
- Turn-taking
- Being a good winner/loser
Throughout the camp the clients will get to know their peers in their group, and the OT will facilitate practice of their new conversation and listening skills. We will complete fun activities that challenge their communication skills, and we will focus on foundation skills to improve overall social skills through using Social Thinking language and concepts.
Dates of camp:
- September 17 – October 29: Thursdays 3:30 – 4:30
- November 3 – December 15: Tuesdays 4:45 – 5:45
