About This Event:

“Disability Artist Q+A: With Taryn Goodwin” is a Celebration and Community event honoring Taryn Goodwin and their 10-year process to graduation as a Disability + Neuro-Divergent (Autistic / ADHD) Social Practice Artist, Writer, and Community Organizer.

Join to learn more about their educational journey and career as it continues to be informed by relational care in and beyond Emily Carr University of Art & Design.

Online Environment: Think sipping tea, with a dear friend in casual comfort and play-full humor!

What to Expect?
A playful Taryn, your Live-Questions, an open chat box dialogue, emoji reactions encouraged, personal reflections, access acknowledgments, camera / verbal responses optional.

No slides, or stimulating tech to navigate only the spaciousness of truthful, curious, caring conversations and a bunch of square zoom boxes hanging out side by side, in different time zones!

How to Participate?
Showing support in solidarity for and from your Body of Knowledge is most welcome!

Participate Your Way!
*Feel free to hook your Zoom Audio to your Bluetooth headphones for free movement in your home and participate while moving about! (like a podcast)

*Stimming is fully encouraged ((wiggle! wiggle! shake! yeah!))
*Horizontal couch / bed spoonie postures are most excellent, as well as comfy clothes!
*Cameras On / Off (and on, and off, and on and off ;)
*Witnessing listeners are active participants too!

And you can change your mind as often and as frequently as you would like.
If you feel it, do it!
