Life can be stressful.  Instead of judging or criticizing yourself, learn how to treat yourself as you would a good friend who is suffering. Learn how to be kinder to yourself. This program will teach you practical skills to improve coping and increase emotional well-being.

Mindful Self Compassion Training (MSC) is a research supported program developed by Dr. Kristin Neff & Dr. Christopher Germer.

Who Should Attend? All adults are welcome. Learn practical skills to live with greater mindfulness and ease. No previous experience with mindfulness or meditation is required.

This program is especially beneficial for graduates of mindfulness based programs such as MBCT/MBSR and qualifies as the prerequisite for training as a Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) Teacher.

Note: This training does not substitute for clinical therapy
