This one-day camp will bring together participants and their families for a fun-filled alpine hike up Whistler/Blackcomb mountain with Whistler Adaptive Sports!
Families will be taken up the gondola and led through the alpine landscape by our wonderful coaches and volunteers. Our coaches and volunteers are SafeSport trained and are experienced in creating amazing experiences for children and youth living with a variety of physical, sensory or cognitive disabilities.
There is a $45 charge per family which includes your gondola passes. [Eligible for Autism Funding]
Whistler Adaptive empowers individuals through access to one of the world’s best mountain resorts, providing them with the environment, support and opportunity to become physically active and focus on their abilities rather than disabilities. Programs are accessible to both children and adults with cognitive and physical disabilities. Whistler Adaptive serves locals in its community and visitors from across Canada and around the globe.
