Anti-Bullying for Tweens and Teens

Thursdays 3:30-4:30,
Cost: 8 sessions for $480. Eligible for Autism Funding use.

Taught through art therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy techniques with proven results, this program addresses teasing, physical and indirect bullying, as well as dealing with rumours and gossip, while building confidence.

By the end of this course your teen will:

• know exactly how to handle any situation with a bully with complete self confidence
• reframe their thought processes, build resilience and improve their outlook on life
• grow a sense of empowerment to use in social situations that will serve them for life
• increase their self esteem so that they feel comfortable and positive about themselves
