The Child Development Centre addresses the developmental needs of children throughout the territory and provides support to families, offering service both out of their offices in Whitehorse and via outreach to rural Yukon communities.
Their programs include the Follow Along Program for caregivers of children aged 0-4 and Early Learning Program Support for childcare providers. They also offer groups for families such as Handle with Care for the support of children’s mental health and Hanen speech and language programs.
