Skill Development Program

The Ability Hub offers skill development programs to anyone with disabilities, mental health barriers, or long-term health conditions, whether diagnosed or self-identified. Skill development can be catered to any aspect of life clients are interested in receiving training in, with established programs including the Entrepreneurs with Disabilities Program, In Motion & Momentum+ pre-employment skills, support for students, and a peer support program. Other skills that may be addressed include social skills, understanding accessibility needs, daily living skills, and digital literacy.
