To support Chinese speaking parents in connecting with other families and in seeking resources and supports related to special education for their child/youth/family member with neurodiverse needs.

Mandate: To offer a platform for Chinese speaking families and professionals to share their experiences, resources and information related to special education (e.g., autism, learning) in BC. 提供一個平台，讓說中文的家庭和專業人士分享他們在卑詩省與特殊教育（例如自閉症、學習障礙）相關的經驗、資源和資訊。
