Specialisterne is an employment service organization for autistic and neurodiverse people operating in countries around the world. They work with employers, jobseekers, community organizations, and post-secondary institutions throughout Canada to create an inclusive employment ecosystem.  

Jobseekers who self-identify as autistic or neurodivergent can apply to join their talent pool and receive job postings from their partnered employers, which they can then apply for through a questionnaire process as opposed to a traditional resume and interview process. Specialisterne continues to support successful candidates in the onboarding process of the job.
