Service Coordination Support assists autistic and developmentally disabled people in the eastern region of Ontario through connecting them with resources and offering services. They offer case management services for children and adults, while their drop-in resource room offers information about available resources to those not registered with a case worker.
Additional care and support services are offered to children and youth with complex needs or children in the care of a children’s aid society. They also host a database of respite care providers and offer community presentations on their services and other resources.
