PEERS, Summer Social Skills, Summer Social Explorers

There are 3 different social group programs for children with autism:

1. Summer Social Skills takes place over 5 sessions, for 1.5 hours each and involves social skills instruction with fun games, food and activities. Participants are grouped according to age.

2. Summer Sunday Social Explorers involves less direct instruction of social skills and more learning through activities. These groups meet twice a month, starting in May and continuing through the summer for 4, 2.5 hour sessions which include dinner and an activity.

3. PEERS ( Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills) for adolescents with social skills deficits.

Additional Details

Mandate: To provide essential social skills learning and opportunities for children and adolescents with social deficits. All children are welcome to learn with us!
