Level It Up supports diagnosed and self-identified autistic people in finding fulfilling employment in science, technology, engineering, the arts, and math. This service is aimed at people who already have education or training in their field of choice but need support in applications and employability skills. Successful applicants to the program go through an assessment and training process before being added to the website’s talent pool. 

Level It Up also works with employers to create autism inclusive workplaces through services such as recruitment, consultation, and workshops.
