“When your child receives an autism diagnosis, you also receive an abundance of opinions and information. At Nurture, we are here to learn alongside you about your child and your family, and what supports you need.

That can include support from speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and interventionists/therapy assistants. We also provide behaviour consulting services to help support children and families with challenging behaviour.”

Our first support for children is the JASPER program. This playful, engaging therapy is appropriate for any child diagnosed with autism who is seven years old or under. It takes place twice per week, and is provided by a trained speech-language pathologist or occupational therapist.

JASPER supports the development of communication, language, engagement, play and self-regulation skills.”
