Monarch House

At Monarch House, we offer a variety of group programs to individuals who are affected by any behavioural, communication, and/or learning difficulties as well as developmental delays. Our groups are run by clinicians enrolled in or in receipt of a Master’s degree program. All of our groups include a brief parent and individual assessment and goal setting session where an individualized program is designed and goals are worked on in a peer group with similar goals.

• Vocabulary
• Articulation
• Social Skills groups

Groups for ages 12-19:
Our groups are designed for skill enhancement in the areas of independent and life skills. Our programs evaluate, track, and teach functional, adaptive, and self-help skills to increase independence. Group curriculum areas include:
• Home Skills
• Community Participation
• School Skills Assessment
• Pre-appointment Vocational Skills
• Independent Living Skills
• Social skill curriculum is also embedded in all group programming
