Community Connections, Inc. Offers residential and day services to adults with intellectual disabilities. Residential options include independent or supported living in apartments; group homes with high support levels; or residing with a family in the community. Day services include respite care; life skills training; leisure and recreation opportunities; and employment services including skills training and supported employment. Day services are available to both residents of Community Connections’s facilities and people living in the community.
