Avalon Employment Inc. supports developmentally disabled Newfoundlanders in achieving and retaining employment opportunities through their various programs. They offer an Autism Employment Program for diagnosed adults, consisting of professional development sessions that support the job search process. Also available are individualized supported employment, with an employment team matching the client with suitable employers; the MentorAbility NL program for short-term mentorship and networking; and a social enterprise in payroll services for home supports.
