The detected prevalence of Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs) has increased substantially over the last 20 years and in parallel there has been increasing awareness that the condition persists into adult life.
Nevertheless, the challenges facing adults are still not widely recognised and in most countries service provision is sub-optimal. This talk will outline the needs of adults and how they can best be met.
